Third Party Business Software Provider
All bookings are recorded and invoices processed using the third party secure business software Membermeister. This means that client name, email & telephone number are held in the Membermeister system so that bookings can be managed efficiently. Membermeister does not share this information.
We take all reasonable precautions to protect our visitors’ information, both on and off line. If your personal information changes, please let us know and we will correct, update or remove any information that we hold about you on our active database. We may however need to retain archive copies of that personal information for legal or audit purposes. We occasionally will take videos and photographs at dance classes and other dance events.
Some photographs may be added to our website to publicise our activities.
In addition, social media is an important channel for our marketing and also for communication. Vera the Diva uses Facebook and Google+ for this purpose and occasionally videos and photos of our students are posted.
Also, our Facebook closed groups are only seen by those students who asked to join each group & are not available to the public or friends
With all the group routines everyone’s verbal permission is requested before they are posted; these closed groups are for classes planning & training purposes and not available to the public.
Students are to contact the Director, David Hume if they do not wish to have videos or photographs of themselves on our website or posted in social media.
Please be assured that except for the reasons listed below, we will not disclose your Personal Information to others.
